JNA primarily seeks and accepts new clients that are planning to develop a new “Contracts Program” that targets notable success with Government, Healthcare, K-12 and Higher Education sales of contract furnishings. JNA will also accept new clients that have an existing Contracts Program and are looking to expand or improve it.
JNA does not provide ala carte services (as many companies do) on a standalone project basis. Those work products are components of the work that we routinely do, but for existing clients only.
JNA seeks client relationships that are longer term, that do not conflict with existing clients, and that involve and require the 4 areas of work performed that are outlined in the company overview area of the website – Overall Program Development, Sales and Market Management and Opportunity Development, Field Sales Support and Ongoing Program Management
Putting aside review of JNA website and LinkedIn profiles, the discovery meeting notes are developed into a detailed Client Work Plan and Investment proposal that is provided at no expense. Our 22 year client history with highly visible Contract Industry manufacturers generally makes industry feedback on our performance easily accessible for people that are seeking it.
When a potential client is referred to JNA the introduction step includes a brief review of the company’s product mix. If there is a conflict as determined by existing clients, the opportunity is declined. If there is no conflict with existing clients, the engagement steps begin with an introductory phone call that is typically followed
When a potential client is referred to JNA the introduction step includes a brief review of the company’s product mix. If there is a conflict as determined by existing clients, the opportunity is declined. If there is no conflict with existing clients, the engagement steps begin with an introductory phone call that is typically followed by an initial discovery meeting either at the clients site, or by Video Conference to fully discuss detailed client plans, interests and current sales capabilities in these market areas. These meetings typically involve a 1-2 hour discussion that follows an in depth outline of topics that is provided in advance.
Resulting Client agreements are longer term in nature with an initial agreement term and options for additional renewals. They are either based on projected Per Diem Fees associated with the work plan, and will typically include Commissions resulting from the development of new business generated by the clients successful program. Rates and Fees vary with the scope of work involved.
